Koster GmbH's challenge

In view of the increased requirements for heating engineers to fulfill hydraulic balancing in accordance with method B and the required room-by-room heat load calculation, Koster GmbH from Berlin-Schönefeld was faced with the challenge of carrying out their calculations reliably, DIN-compliant and efficiently.

The required room-by-room data increased the effort required to record all relevant building data. Until now, there has been no mobile and user-guided software used by Koster GmbH that could provide support here.

With the implementation of software from self-sufficient Managing Director Christian van der Bom and Project Manager Jens Friedrich found a mobile solution that enables them to efficiently record, precisely calculate and comprehensively document all customer data when installing a new heating system. This not only streamlined the team's workflow, but also increased the quality and reliability of their services.

Thanks self-sufficient Koster GmbH was able to significantly simplify and speed up the process of heat load calculation and hydraulic adjustment. The mobile software solution enables efficient and accurate data collection on site, which ensures compliance with DIN standards (12831) and legal requirements (VDI 4645, VDZ form). This resulted in improved customer satisfaction and a strengthening of Koster GmbH's position as an expert in heating, sanitation and air conditioning in the Berlin-Schönefeld region.
