What is Autarc for?
autarc has made it its mission to make heat pump projects for specialist trade more digital, efficient and less complex. With AUTARC software, we enable craft businesses to use a new sales and planning channel for the heat pump. Our software quickly and systematically calculates a heat load in accordance with DIN EN 12831, the basis for fulfilling method B, which is achieved via autarc.
I work with an energy consultant, why do I need autarc?
With autarc, you make yourself independent of an energy consultant. Many of our customers tell us time and time again how easy it is to determine the data and calculate it using our software. This not only saves you time, as you sometimes had to wait 4 weeks for a result from the energy consultant, but also considerable project costs, which make you better off your competitors.
Do I have a permanent contact person at autarc?
During the demo, test phase and subsequent use phase, specialist partners receive a permanent contact person who is available to answer any questions you may have. Our personal service is an important difference from other providers.
Why do I need the software?
A heating load calculation is required for funding for the energy-efficient renovation of a property from BEG, BAFA and KfW. Since January 1, 2023, hydraulic balancing in accordance with method B has also been mandatory. A heat load calculation is also essential when planning the heating system for a new building.
What makes the software better than a service provider or manufacturer service?
Service providers, energy consultants and TGA planning offices represent a major cost factor for craft businesses and usually take 3-4 weeks before they deliver a result. This requires the transfer of many unsorted data points, such as floor plans and building descriptions of the existing building. However, many older buildings no longer have these documents, and software is a perfect alternative to obtain results quickly and reliably. Thanks to a mobile software version, data can also be recorded directly by/by the customer. You also have the option of inviting your end customer to your own customer portal, via which they can take over the entire collection of room-by-room data for you.
Which method is used to calculate the heat load?
DIN EN 12831 is used to determine the room-by-room heating load, which is ideal for single-family and two-family houses in existing buildings.
Who is the software suitable for?
The software was developed for tradesmen, energy consultants, architects, chimney sweeps and specialist planners.
How does data collection take place?
Systematic and standardized data collection can be carried out by an employee or customer. To do this, employees can enter the data directly into their own specialist partner account or invite an end customer to collect data by e-mail. The latter (mobile) application is currently still under development. To prepare a technical analysis and calculation, the entire building, including the heating system, must be covered.
How is data collection documented?
With each data entry, any number of photos and documents can be added to a project.
Can I do anything wrong when collecting data?
The system helps both laymen and experienced craftsmen to create systematic project planning for an optimal planning basis. Assistance within the application, as well as a direct contact person and live chat, are available to answer any questions you may have.
Where is the data stored?
Project data is available in your specialist partner account and can be further processed. All data is stored in a cloud architecture, so you can access the data from anywhere.
Is the calculation done via software or as a service?
autarc is a software application that digitizes data collection and calculation and then automatically generates a report. We do not offer a service, as this is no longer required due to the use of the software.
What calculation does the autarc software do?
The AUTARC software supports room-by-room heating load with the simplified procedure in accordance with DIN EN 12831, testing of heating surfaces (radiators and floor heating) for the suitability of efficient operation of a heat pump, as well as the design of a heat pump and hydraulic adjustment with appropriate information on the required volume flows.
How will I be supported in implementing and using the software?
A free onboarding webinar (approx. 20-30 minutes) is available to every specialist partner, which is offered as part of a standardized onboarding process. We also reserve the right to pay an introduction and training fee for the introduction in your company, which is offered depending on the effort involved.
What is the heat load calculation for?
As part of a heat load calculation, the energy required for a heating system to sufficiently heat a building is determined. The implementation of a heat load calculation is standardized in accordance with DIN 12831-1. The process depends on building-specific characteristics and parameters.
How much does the software cost?
The use of the software is billed monthly or annually. Information about prices is available during the free demo, which you can book via our website. All prices are net plus VAT
